How Everglow Coaching works
"Everglow" isn't about glitter. It is about Efficiency. It is the state where your mitochondria are producing energy, your hormones are signaling correctly, and your brain is lit up and sharp to tackle all the midlife challenges.
This is an online cohort program that gives you the blueprint to exit "survival mode" and enter your most powerful decade.
The program is designed for deep, lasting change. We believe in providing personalised support to help you achieve your goals.
Optional Group Sessions/or listen to the recordings: Our coaching framework provides a consistent, supportive, and action-focused partnership. Each session is structured to help you find clarity in the chaos, tackle challenges with confidence, and empower you to make the real-world progress you're looking for, week after week. Sessions are 30 minutes long and recorded so you can view it if you can't attend.
Optional Community Group: You'll be added to a community group. The community is a safe space to share experiences, celebrate wins, and navigate challenges together.
A One-on-One Sessions: Throughout the program, you will have two private one-on-one coaching sessions with us. These sessions are dedicated to your unique needs, allowing us to create a customized plan, address personal roadblocks, and ensure you stay on track with your goals.

I help high-performing woman stop fighting their physiology and start engineering their freedom.
Having been through my own frustrations and feeling blindsided during my transition into midlife and not knowing where to turn to find the answers, I want it to be different for you! I was told too many times that it was “just part of getting older” or “that’s what happens when you hit menopause”. But, I call BS on that! I believe staying healthy at midlife comes from understanding the lifestyle factors that ARE under your control.
I created this so you don’t need to go through what I did and so you will have all the answers at your fingertips. The solutions are out there, the answers are out there, the problems are not in your head. As your health coach, I will help make sense of all the overwhelming information out there and provide solutions tailored just for you.
