Who we are
Kia ora! As the creators of Reloadhub, we're Natasha and Christel, and we're on a mission to be champions for midlife wāhine (women) in the workplace. We've seen firsthand how many talented, experienced women silently struggle with perimenopause and menopause, often leaving their careers at the height of their expertise, or going through what we like to call cougar puberty.
It didn't take us long to realise that there's this big, silent stigma and a real lack of support around perimenopause and menopause. So, we went hunting for a framework that would not only be a safe space for this kōrero (conversation), but also a clear, practical plan for everyone for women and for organisations.
When we couldn't find what we were looking for, we knew we had to roll up our sleeves and build Reloadhub ourselves.
We're not about big numbers just yet; we're about getting it right...
Our purpose is to make sure every woman who works with us gets real value, and every organisation sees a true shift. We know so many wāhine feel a bit lost, not truly understanding what’s happening, and that's why we're so passionate about this mahi (work). We believe that advocating for and making the workplace inclusive for menopause is a total win-win for everyone involved.
It's our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive in their careers and relationships and be valued for their experience, no matter their age or life stage.

Our founder, a seasoned school principal, brings a deep understanding of adult learning and mentoring to our framework. She ensures that all of our content is not just informative, but also easy to understand and directly applicable to your busy life. We know that as adults, your time is valuable.
Meanwhile, our other founder is a scientist, business guru, health, and transformation coach. She combines a background in scientific research with a compassionate, human-centered coaching approach. Her expertise ensures that our work is not only credible and evidence-based but also holistically designed to empower both individuals and organisations.

One of us has explored 12 different countries, while the other has travelled just as much, but never kept count. We believe our diverse experiences give us a unique perspective, helping us understand that every person’s journey and every path to success is different.

One of us reads on her Kindle every day, and the other one only reads because she's in a book club. This dynamic is a bit like our approach to this work: one of us is constantly immersed in the details, while the other is focused on the bigger picture and the social connection. Together, we ensure every aspect of our platform from the foundational science to the community it builds is well-supported and effective.

One of us is a wine connoisseur, and the other one likes coffee. This means we've got a perfect blend of skills one of us has a meticulous eye for detail and the other is all about the energy and getting things done.
